Dr. Murdock has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology for over 15 years, and is interested in adolescent gynecology, undeserved women’s health issues, and the effects of prenatal exposures on the outcome and long term health of mothers and babies.  She is a founder and executive board member of Jeremiah’s Place, a crisis nursery that supports families in making empowered decisions about their family needs.  Dr. Murdock is also a board member of Family Life Fund, Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Maternal-Child Health Task Force, Allegheny County Health Department, and Social Determinants of Health Group.  She and her husband enjoy raising their four children in Pittsburgh’s diverse communities and landscapes.

Dr. Murdock also speaks Italian.
