Interpretation Services


The patients and staff of the Squirrel Hill Health Center speak more than 60 different languages.  The staff members at SHHC realize that language barriers often result in lower quality medical care. In an effort to provide the best possible quality of care, SHHC employs staff that speak:

  • American Sign Language
  • Arabic (العَرَبِيةُ)

In the event an interpretor is not available, SHHC will use an interpreting service by phone. This service provides translation in many languages, including the following and more:
