Squirrel Hill Health Center kicked off 2017 National Health Center Week by honoring Congressman Mike Doyle with the National Association of Community Health Centers’ Community Health Defender award this past Friday.  Squirrel Hill Health Center’s CEO, Susan Friedberg Kalson, proudly presented the Congressman with this award in honor of his efforts to help keep quality health care accessible to everyone.

This week we ask that you celebrate Health Centers such as our own for providing over 50 years of service to local communities.  Health Centers continue to be ranked among the highest quality and cost effective care providers in the nation and provide services to all people, regardless of their ability to pay or insurance status.  For more information on National Health Center Week or to find an event near you, please click here.
